Report a problem
Tell us about anything that breaks our Community Guidelines. Reports are confidential — the person you report is never told who reported them — and a human moderator reviews every one, usually within 24 hours.
What you can report
- HarassmentUnwanted contact, threats or intimidation.
- BullyingTargeted insults or humiliation.
- Hate or discriminationAttacks based on identity.
- SpamRepetitive, promotional or bot-like content.
- Fraud or scamMoney requests, phishing or deception.
- ImpersonationPretending to be someone else.
- Inappropriate contentSexual, violent or illegal content.
- Copyright violationUnauthorised sharing of protected work.
- Something elseAnything not covered above.
Sign in to send a report from inside the app, or email us and we will follow it up.
Blocking someone
You do not have to wait for a moderator. Blocking is instant: open the “…” menu on their profile, message or room card and choose Block. They disappear from your matching, chats and rooms and cannot reach you. You can unblock from Profile → Blocked members.
Urgent safety concerns
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then report it here or email canvicrecords@gmail.com. Read how we handle reports in our Content Moderation Policy.
