These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Lets Watch at https://lets-watch.live and any related apps or services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Lets Watch.

1. User eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Lets Watch account. The Service includes social matching, private chat and live voice and video rooms, which are intended for adults only. Where local law requires a higher minimum age for these features, that higher age applies to you.

By signing up you confirm that:

• You are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.
• The information you give us (including your age and country) is accurate.
• You are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law or a previous suspension.

We remove accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

2. Your account and its security

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

• Keep your password and any linked sign-in (Google, Apple) secure and private.
• Do not share your account, sell it, or let anyone else use it.
• Tell us immediately at support@lets-watch.live if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We are not liable for losses caused by someone else using your credentials.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

3. Content and conduct rules

Lets Watch hosts no films or series. We show trailers embedded from official channels and links that open licensed streaming services. You are responsible for the content you upload, paste or share — including messages, voice and video notes, avatars, reviews, room names and watch links.

You must not post, share, stream or link to:

• Illegal content, or content that infringes copyright or any other right — including pirated films, series or links to unlicensed streaming sources.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content shared with someone who has not consented to it.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, doxxing or abuse of any person or group.
• Violent, graphic or self-harm content, or content promoting terrorism or extremism.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or bulk unsolicited promotion.
• Impersonation of another person, brand or Lets Watch staff.
• Attempts to scrape, reverse engineer, overload or bypass the security of the Service.

You keep ownership of the content you post, and you grant Lets Watch a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store and display it for the purpose of running the Service.

4. Platform rights

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

• Remove, hide or edit content that breaks these Terms or applicable law.
• Limit, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, rooms or matches.
• Change, restrict or discontinue features, including free usage limits.
• Report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Where reasonable, we will tell you why an action was taken and how to appeal by writing to support@lets-watch.live.

5. Paid subscriptions

Lets Watch Premium is billed at €7.99 per month through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account — access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

6. Third-party services

The Service links to and embeds third-party services such as YouTube trailers and streaming platforms including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Max, Hulu and Apple TV+. Those services have their own terms and pricing, we do not control them, and a subscription with them may be required to watch. Lets Watch is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these companies.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of movie data, availability of streaming links, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that you will find matches, that rooms will stay perfectly in sync, or that other users will behave lawfully.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lets Watch and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from content posted by other users or from third-party services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of Lets Watch is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
